City of Santa Ana Proposal to Provide Solid Waste Consulting Services <br />RFP NO.: 18-006 <br />Subtask SC: Attend one City Council Meeting for Approval of Final Agreement <br />We will attend the City Council meeting at which the final agreement is expected to be <br />approved. The City Attorney or City Clerk will be responsible for obtaining signatures and <br />completing attachments with the contractor such as bonds and insurance certificates. <br />Section D: Relevant Project Experience and References <br />We have included In this section a vignette of our experience, and relevant projects and <br />references. Client testimonial letters are included as Attachment A at the end of our proposal <br />while a list of clients Is included as Attachment B. <br />Unsurpassed Experience - HF&H Recent Procurement Results <br />The following chart presents 23 competitive contracting engagements completed In the last 5 <br />years, and the results of those engagements. HF&H assisted these clients to enhance their <br />solid waste services, obtain the lowest reasonable rates, and plan for their future solid waste <br />management needs.
