Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2015-01; <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2015-01; and <br />4. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2015-01. <br />Request of the Applicant <br />The City of Santa Ana is requesting approval of several actions in order to amend the Bristol Street <br />Corridor Specific Plan (SP -1), a document originally adopted by the City in 1991. Specifically, the <br />City is requesting approval of an addendum to the previously certified Bristol Street Corridor <br />Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR), an amendment application (zone change) and <br />general plan amendment to modify the zoning and general plan land use designation of several <br />parcels along the corridor, and a zoning ordinance amendment to update various sections of the <br />existing Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan document. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />7501-3 <br />
