HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />AGENDA ITEM ADDED <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 (b), there was a need to take immediate <br />action on an item and the need for action came to the attention of the local agency <br />subsequent to the posting of the agenda; City Attorney Carvalho requested that the following <br />item be added to the Agenda: <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br />paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: <br />d. Theresa Le v.
