Coordination efforts will consist of conference calls, <br />emails, and any necessary in-person meetings. <br />Effective Communication <br />In addition to the on-going coordination, CSG will meet in-person with City staff at the kick off meeting, the <br />30%,60%, and the final review meeting prior to bid document submittal. During these In-person meetings, <br />CSG will meet with the City to review the progress of the project, discuss any review comments provided by <br />the City and stakeholders, review the project schedule and budget, discuss any project Issues with design, <br />and identify action items for all parties.
