ECOBP will prepare the Exemption Form from <br />Appendix E of the CEQA'Gufdailnes: This form will be filed at the County Clerk's office and the State <br />Clearinghouse. A receipt of filing will be obtalnddfrom both entities, <br />PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT$ (:PS&V) <br />Plans and cost estimates will be prepared and submitted to the city for review at the 60 and 100 (final) <br />percent levels. Based on feedback front the review from City staff during the preliminary design phase; <br />detailed construction plans' will be'prepared. Sheets for the street Improvements include title sheet, <br />typical sectionldetall shoot, street plan and profile, signing and striping, and landscapelirrigation.
