<br />Sepulveda Boulevard to Coombs Avenue (approximately 7,000 feet), The project also
<br />inoludes relocation of 14nch and 2•lnch services and meters and abandonment of the
<br />existing water mains in the alley east of Culver Boulevard and in Wagner Street.
