TAIT & Associates, Inc. - <br />On -Call Engineering Services <br />A typical TAIT OA/QC Program Includes the following steps: <br />• Project Manager (PM) Transmits design Documents to the QA/QC Manager - PM initiates the <br />QC process at agreed upon project milestones. <br />• QA/QC Manager conducts initial review . The QA/QCManager reviews the submittal with the <br />PM to obtain project information and conducts a limited review on the submittal's <br />completeness. <br />• Review of the Submittal — The submittal is reviewed using TAIT's Internal checklists. Necessary <br />corrections are Identified on the submittal which Is returned to the PM. <br />• PM to Addresses QC Comments - The QA/QC Manager and PM review the QC comments to set <br />a course of action. Any proposed Value Engineering (VE) measures are reviewed to determine <br />the appropriate next step (Le.- implement the VE measure, review the VE measure with the City, <br />or conduct additional analysis to determine the feasibility and potentiarl cost savings). The <br />reviewed submitted isthen returned to the design team. <br />• PM finalizes:Dosign Documents for Submittal to the Agency -The PM meets with the design <br />team to monitor progress and verify incorporation of the QC comments Into the design <br />documents.
