Santa Ana 8hrd., Suite 144 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />F a ects: Site FeasibflayStuudles for reuse <br />Caunty's existing properties„ Site Planning and <br />Design for County's 100-Aae Development <br />Plan and Alton Parcel Development Plan. <br />Option r r^ of One t <br />TAIT takes no exceptions to the City's proposed scope of work, Based on our review of the City's RFP, <br />and project site, the following is our proposed scope of work for successfully completing the City's <br />design contract. in order to simplify the RFP review process,. all sub -tasks have been organized and <br />Included within the RVP's stated work items, <br />Kick-off Meeting <br />After receiving, notice of the award of the project from the City TAIT will initiate our services in fully <br />developing a detailed understanding, of the project scope. initial design recommendations, field walk <br />observations, design parameters and project schedule will be discussed at the kick-off meeting in order <br />to ensure the design Is processed per the City's requirements. <br />Dellverables: <br />✓ Meeting Agenda & Minutes <br />✓ Updated Project Schedule <br />Records Research &Design Field Walk <br />Reco R starch & CgmpHation <br />This sub -task includes all hours necessary to conduct on line research and to coordinate with City and <br />County staff in order to obtain existing roadway, right of way and any subsurface records. <br />D_,gftjField Walk <br />This sub -task Includes field review to observe and document the existing conditions of the pavement, <br />curb and gutter, parkway, curb ramp and all other anticipated work items. Existing damaged curbs and <br />sidewalk will be noted. The existing curb ramps located,at the existing intersections at the project limits <br />along with any other within the project limits will be reviewed for existing grades, lip condition and <br />gutter conditions and the presence of truncated domes.
