The project spanned Irvine <br />w <br />Center Drive, from Jeffrey Road to Culver Drive, and the design phase included stretches of full depth <br />reconstruction combined with a grind and overlay of the entire roadway, 6,300 SF of sidewalk, 15,80D LF <br />n <br />�I <br />of median curb, 136 traffic loops, 30,ODO SF of landscaping and irrigation, and upgrading ramps to meet <br />1 <br />ADA compliance. Along with the design, David also provided Construction Support Services, including <br />j <br />responding to RFI's, attending meetings, providing assistance related to Change Orders, and reviewing <br />fiu <br />Contractor's submittals for conformance with contract documents. David also prepared As-Bullt <br />I <br />documentation, <br />m <br />STPL Woodruff Ave. & Palo Verde Ave. Rehab. Project, City of Bellflower, Project Engineer, 2013 <br />a <br />As Project Engineer, David provided Design engineering and Federal Aid Documentation services to the <br />e <br />City of Bellflower for this STPL-funded project, The project spanned 5,20OLF of arterial roadway, along <br />Woodruff Avenue, from Alondra Boulevard to Somerset Boulevard and Palo Verdes Avenue, from the <br />South City Limits to Artesia Boulevard, The project was designed as atingle project, but split for <br />construction, The scope included full -width grind and ARHM overlay, localized full -depth <br />reconstruction, PCC sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveway, installing 16 ADA -compliant curb ramps, as well <br />a f <br />as extensive traffic control to allow access to open Businesses during construction, David prepared an i:- <br />76 Construction Authorization Package to obtain Caltrans approval on the project and to secure funding. <br />David continued to coordinate with Caltrans for the duration of this contract. <br />' P <br />STPL Bellflower Blvd. & Woodruff Ave. Rehabilitation, City of Seliflower, Project Engineer, 2011 <br />at <br />Phase 1 & 2 Water Main Replacement Project, City of Norwalk, Project Engineer, 2010 <br />"? <br />David,served as Project Engineer for the City of Norwalk on Phase 1 & Phase 2 of this water main <br />6 <br />replacement project. Phase 1 spanned from Alondra Boulevard to 166th Street, and various other <br />streets, and Included the installation of 4,512 LF of 8•inch DIP pipe, 27 gate valves, 125 new house <br />meters with re -connections, and the repaving and capping of all excavated areas. Phase 2 included <br />e <br />6,.200 LF of 8 -inch DiP water main replacement between Elmhurst Drive and Harvard Delve, and Gridley <br />g <br />Road and Gard Avenue. David was also responsible for analyzing fire hydrant spacing to ensure <br />L' <br />adequate fire water coverage was available at all residential and commercial blocks.
