Detalled traffic control plans will be prepared by the contractor which will detail each phase of construction including construction work hours, maintenance of pedestrian facilities, access to businesses, and emergency vehicle access. The location of construction signs, barricades, delineators and flashing arrow signs will also be detailed on the plans. The Contractor -prepared traffic control plans will be prepared in accordance with the most current MUTCD, e tl s Regularly scheduled meetings are a key to keeping projects on schedule, avoiding pitfalls, and keeping the lines of communication open with the City so that surprises do not occur during the final stages of the project, We anticipate monthly PDT meetings throughout the duration of the project.
