Professional On-call Engineering Services City of Santa Ana <br />RPP No, 17-088 <br />Dr a e <br />We have assumed that there are no drainage facilities (existing or proposed) within the project limits, <br />Traffic Control <br />We have assumed that traffic control planswill not be prepared by our team but will be addressed In <br />the project specifications with construction phasing specified in a manner which minimizes traffic <br />disruption, public inconvenience and lost work time. Detalled traffic control plans will be prepared by <br />the contractor which will detail each phase of construction including construction work hours, <br />maintenance of pedestrian facilities, access to businesses, and emergency vehicle access. The location <br />of construction signs, barricades, delineators and flashing arrow signs will also be detailed on the plans. <br />The Contractor -prepared traffic control plans will be prepared in accordance with the most current <br />MUTCD, <br />e tl s <br />Regularly scheduled meetings are a key to keeping projects on schedule, avoiding pitfalls, and keeping <br />the lines of communication open with the City so that surprises do not occur during the final stages of <br />the project, We anticipate monthly PDT meetings throughout the duration of the project. <br />Protect Mogogement/, CIA/QC <br />The Project Management task is directed at the organization, planning and control of the project team. <br />Activities Include scheduling and monitoring of the project team, cost control and an active quality <br />control program, Quality Control will bean ongoing task throughout the duration of the project. APP will also attend the pre-bid <br />conference and job walks as necessary.
