<br />David served as Project Engineer, providing design engineering and coordinating Topographic Survey
<br />and Gootechnieal Investigation services forthis CDOG-funded alley reconstruction project, The project
<br />spanned roughly 1,000I.P along Ray 5troat Alley and Ford Road Alley Pians Included plan and profile,
<br />cross sections and special detalls. A cost analysis was conducted to provide the City of Costa Mesa with
<br />cost -to -lifespan design alternatives, Including Asphalt Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM), Asphalt
<br />Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM), Cold -In -Place Recycling (CIR), Full Depth Reclamation & Sub -grade treatments,
<br />Full -depth PCC reconstruction with mbar reinforcement was determined to be the most, cost effective
<br />solution,
<br />Jamboree Road Roadway Rehabilitation Project, City of Irvine, Project Engineer, 2013
<br />David served as Project Engineer forthe City of Irvine to ran abII]to to Jamboree Road, from MacArthur to
<br />Camp. The project was located, In the City of Irvine as well as the City of. Newport Reach which required
<br />extensive correspondence with both agencies during the design phase, Funding deadlines required an
<br />expedited design, -end the design was modiflod cold -way through to eliminate anticipated median Island
<br />Improvements on this 119-foot-w1de major arterial, The design Included grind and ARHM overlay, 2,232
<br />tons of 10 -inch FDR, upgrading 9 ramps to meet ADA compliance, loop Installation, and video detection
<br />at 2 intersections.
<br />FY13/14 Major Street Rehabilitation, City of Pomona, Project Manager, 2015
<br />David served as the Project Manager to the City of Pomona forthelr annual major street rehabilitation
<br />project. The project includes the rohabilltatlon of elght arterial and collector segments of roadway
<br />throughout the City. The project required analysis of the existing pavement conditions,
<br />reeommendatlon of alternate rehabilitation methods by use of recycled pavement options, obtaining an
<br />SCRRA'railroad encroachment permits, upgrading of 4 roadway segments In add new blke lanes and the
<br />analysis and replacement of all curb ramps along the project limits.
<br />Parking Lot Rehabilitation for the City of Diamond Oar, Project Manager, 2015
<br />David served as the Project Manager and Construction Manager to the City of Diamond Oar for
<br />expansion and reconstruction of two public park parking lots. 'rho design Included the analysis of traffic
<br />flow, preparation of a geotachnical Investigation, design of water quality management plan and
<br />hydrology, and the preparatlon of detail PS&E for the construction of the proposed Improvements,
<br />Culver Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project --City of Irvine, Project Engineer, 2011
<br />David served as project Engineer, providing PS&E to the City of Irvine on the Culver Drive Rehabilitation
<br />Project, The project spanned 1,800 LF along Culver Drive, from the north railroad tracks to Walnut
<br />Avenue, Culver Drive Is a principal arterial roadway, providing northeast/southwest access through the
<br />western portions of the City of Irvine, while also serving as a primary travel route through a Variety of
<br />commercial, residential and institutional zoning areas. David designed localized pavement
<br />reconstruction at the Northbound I13 lane and the southbound Jfi lane, where pavement conditions
<br />were considerably worse than adjacent lanes; the length of the project was treated with full width 2 -
<br />Inch grind, a 2 -Inch AC leveling course and 2 -Inch ARHM overlay, The project also entailed removing and
<br />replacing the existing median shed gutter with a standard 8 -Inch median curb, median Island landscape
<br />Improvements, and ensuring ramps throughout the project were ADA compliant,
