<br />groundwater treatment facility which includes foundations for filter vessel, storage tanks, and
<br />pumping equipment, The design also Includes the structural and architectural design of a 10
<br />foot high masonry screen wall which mirrors several of the architectural features which occur in
<br />the community that surrounds the plant.

<br />The design of the building balances the functional water produotion requirements with the
<br />aesthetic, architectural design of the exterior of the building, which was critical for compliance
<br />with local planning agency requirements,
