<br />I findings, any photographs of conditions for discussion, and the base de-
<br />sign concept with preliminary construction cost estimate. The report will be disoussed with City representa-

<br />During preparation of the PDR, Willdan will review existing information, such as the pavement management
<br />report, city sewer and water documents and field review of the street to make recommendations regarding
<br />the construction needs, including the location and extend of missing or damaged sidewalk, curbs and gutter,
<br />access ramps, driveways, sewer and water repairs, in addition, the report will address the disposition of
<br />existing utilities and coordination, and anticipated requirements,
