2. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE Scope of Services The tasks below are Intended to demonstrate the work to be Implemented and the deliverables.to be provided as pad, of the On-Qell services..Addiilonal items not in the Soope of Services may be required to complete the On -Cell project. Design plane and reports indicated will follow the CKVs standard format, unless required otherwise, Tasks are marked per options A and 9 as outlined in the RFP. Kimley-Horn team members Will attend an initial klok-off meeting to confirm project elements, objeotives,.scope, and schedule; and attend monthly PDT coordination meetings'with the City. We will conduct'meelings and conference calls and provide pertinent meeting minutes with action Items and will prepare monthly progress reports, as part of the invoice package As part of this task, a Gantt Chart Format Terget.Schedule will be provided showing primary tasks and review perlodsl processing, in agreement with the City Kimley-Horn will maintain a Progress Schedule showing actual progress versus target and provide to the City one monthly basis, Dellvaroblesr Meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items, progress reports, Invoicing, draft target schedule, monthly updated schedule. Kimley-Horn will obtain readily available record drawings and data pertinent to the scope of services, such as GIS mapping, as-bullt plans, and utility atlases. We will maintain a utility agency tracking list to indicate the status of communtcation and add a contact list for substructure.and utility owner -operators that will also carry over to the specifications. We will assist the City with utility notification letters. These letters will notify the utility agency of the project, describe anticipated impacts, and Identify action required. Pavement Evaluation: We will use Citys provided traffic Index for pavement design.. Pavement evaluation will consist of the following services: Subsurface exploration consisting of the excavation, sampling, and logging Evaluate the R-valuo and in -place moisture content of subsurface soils Excavation and compaction requirements Evaluate Expansion Index and Corrosion potential of subsurface soils Analysis and design of new pavement and pavement rehabilitation alternatives Provide recommendation for sidewalk improvement Infiltration Test: Our team will conduct a geotechnieal field review and will provide recommendations as follows: • Percolation rate test to the depth of elght feet Grain Size Distribution and Atterberg l.ImitsiPlasticity • Agronomyisoll fertility laboratory testing Index .
