Task 8: Street Improvement Plans (Option B) <br />....I.......... .....I. .. ......... ....... <br />KimleywHom will develop a street Improvement plan for the construction of roadway Improvements. The puns will show <br />horizontal and vertical design Information. Roadway plans will be prepared at scale of 1" a 20' horizontatand 1"= 4' <br />vertical for profiles. We will use the surveying from Task 4 for base mapping. Vertical design information for construction of <br />new medians and curbs will he Indicated on the plans with profiles. Details and typical sections will be added as needed. <br />We will prepare details for items that deviate from published standards. <br />Deliverables: 30%, 60%, and Final Plans, electronic files la Microstation V81 and PDF (final plans will be seated and <br />signed), and responses to previous review comments from the Co. <br />Task 9: System Modeling to Canneat Well 1�irectly to Wit®r System (Option A) <br />A hydraulio modeling analysis will be conducted to analyze the changed operating conditions from the existing direct <br />discharge to a reservoir, to a direct connection to the City's distribution system. A noweystefm curve will be developed <br />and analyzed with the existing wall pump curve to determine rho new operating conditions of the pump, along with.any <br />Improvements necessary for the new connection pout. The modal will also'be used to analyze Impacts to other system <br />facilities within the City's distribution system, and recommend a revised operations and control strategy. <br />Deliverables: Draft water system modeling report, Final watersystem modeling report <br />Task 10: Water Improveient Plans (Option A) <br />I�imley-Horn will develop a water improvement plan for rehabilitation of the axisting water well and proposed water <br />mains construction. The plans will. show horizontal and vertical design information. Plans will be prepared at a scale <br />of 1" = 20' horizontal and t" = 4'vertical for profiles. We will use the surveying from Task for base mapping, Vertical <br />design informationfor water main will show proposed water main profile and Will identify potential conflicts with existing <br />underground utilities, Details and typical sections will be added as needed. We will prepare details for items that deviate <br />from published standards. <br />Dativerables: 30%, 66%, and Final Plans, electronic files In Microstation V81 and PDF (final plans will be sealed end <br />signed), and responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 11: Signing and Striping Plans (Options A and B) <br />We will prepare striping and signing plans at a scale of 1" = 40' far the proposed" improvements within tile" limits ai the <br />project. Striping and signing plans will comply with the Clty's.standards, Caltrans, and the California MUTCD. Flashing <br />beacon installation and parking meter details, if required, will be shown on the striping and signing plans, <br />Deliverables: 30%, 60%, and Final Plans, electronic files In Microstatfon V81 andPDF (final plans will be sealed and <br />signed), and responses to previous review comments from the City. <br />Task 92:.Landscape and irrigation Plans (Option B) <br />... ......................... ...... ....... ...................... :..................................................................................................... <br />The Kimloy»Morn team will prepare landscape and irrlgatlon plans for the proposed medians and parkways within the <br />project limits. These plans will be consistent with the City's standards and General Plan, the City's Scenic Corridor <br />Elements, the City's Urban Design Elements, and California's Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance. We will consider City <br />maintenance when developing the design.
