PROPOSAL ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />RrP NGi.: 17.083 <br />City u1' Sang Ana <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE <br />The Mark Thomas team will address these key issues and deliver the project with a turnkey approach using <br />the following scope of work, which has been based upon the scope of services'listed in the RFP. <br />Task 1, Project Management <br />t. Project ManagomonV.Coordination/Meetings: Mark Thomas will provide ongoing general project <br />management and coordination of sub consultants and Internal staff. Agency coordination, Including <br />coordination with theCityand ether project stakeholders will also be provided, <br />2. CPM Schedule, Progress Reports and Budgets: At the project kickoff meeting, Mark "Thomas will <br />distribute a master PPM schedule as a draft for review by the Project Development Team (PDT), The draft <br />CPM schedule will be updated, incorporating comments received from'the PDT. <br />3. Quality AssuronoelQuollty Control: Mark Thomas' Quallty Control plan consists of established <br />procedures for performing the work (which are reassessed with each project), including methods for <br />design. calculations, establishing appropriate levels of design development for intermediate submittals, <br />Identification of required plan checks, design checklists, and methods of project documentation. <br />Task I Deliverables.` <br />• Meeting Materials, Agendas and Minutes (Up to 15 meetings) <br />• CPM Master Schedule and updates as necessary <br />Task 2. Research and Data Collection <br />Mark Thomas will work with the City to obtain available record drawings and other pertinent data for the <br />project Including as-buiits, GIS Information, preliminary engineering reports, and utility information from the <br />City of Santa Ana, Orange County Public Works and Caltrans as necessary. <br />Task 2 Dellverab/es: <br />• Records Obtained from City and Outside Agencies <br />Task 3, Design Survey <br />Site Control: <br />Establish a site -wide network of horizontal/vertioal control to serve as the basis for any subsequent boundary, <br />topographic, or construction staking surveys that may be required throughout the course of the project, Cl. <br />Surveying and Mapping will reference an assumed horizontally, end available local agency vertical datum, <br />unless specifically requested otherwise. <br />Centerline/Right-of-Way Estabiishment/Mapping: <br />Conduct the field measurements necessary to re -trace the centerlines and rights -of -ways within the project <br />limits. This effort does not constitute a full and complete boundary survey of the adjacent land parcels. <br />Survey monuments located and indicated on the survey will be limited to existing centerline monuments <br />found to be present along the streets, and all associated ties as Indicated. <br />
