<br />This project involved Signal synchronization and equipment upgrade along
<br />Harbor Blvd from Chapman Ave to Newport Blvd, spanning across the
<br />Cities of Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, as
<br />well as freeway nn/off ramps at SR-22 and 1,405 withintaltrans
<br />jurisdiction. In addition to generating PS'&E packages for equipment
<br />upgrades, the project also Included the development, implementation
<br />and fine-tuning of the AM, PM, midday, off-peak and weekand traffic
<br />signal coordination timing plans for all 46 Intersections along the corridor.

<br />Mr. Frisfie Is the QA/QC Leader to provide traffic/ITS design improvements
<br />and traiiicsignal synchronization for 44 Intersections along a 7.3-mile
<br />segment Of Women Parkway/Muidands Blvd. The project involves design
<br />of now Neer optic cables (mufti and single mode,), conduits, pull boxes,
<br />Cabinets and controller upgrade in City of ovine; New conduits, pull boxes,
<br />twisted pair interconnect, and wireless radio in City of Lake Forest; New
<br />cabinets, pedestrian signals and loop detection in City of Mission Viejo. In
<br />addition to the traffic signal Infrastructure Improvements, fonds also
<br />develops signal coordination plats for AM, noon, off-peak, Pro,'aftm,
<br />hours" and weekend for ail project traffic signals along the corridor.

<br />Mr, prlshe serves as the QA/QC leader and Enginoer of Record to CSCTA to
<br />Provide turro-key, traffic(ITS Improvements and traffic signal synchronization
<br />for 33 Intersections along Newport/Balboa Boulevard corridor from Bristol
<br />Street in Costa Mesa to Main Street in Newport Brach.
