Irvine Ranch Water District. Project Manager for <br />preliminary and final design, This project consisted of abandoning the PHSLS, which is located <br />near the intersection of Glenn Ranch Road and Saddleback Ranch Road. As part of the <br />abandonment of the PHSLS, this project included installing approximately 4,000 linear feet of <br />new 12 -inch diameter gravity sewer, and increasing capacity of 1,300 linear feet of existing 8 - <br />inch sewer. The increase in capacity occurred in Glenn Ranch Road from Portola Parkway to <br />Ellipse Street. It was proposed to remove the existing 8 -inch line and replace it with a 12 -inch <br />sewer in the same trench. Another option was to install 1,300 feet of 12 -inch sewer in a new <br />alignment and abandon the existing line in place. <br />Blandwood Rd/True Ave. Sewer Lift Stations Replacement. City of Downey — Resident <br />Engineer for construction of a new sewer lift station to replace two existing stations, Including <br />wet well, pumps, wash down system, electrical and controls. Project also included <br />constructability review and value engineering, which resulted in substantial changes in the <br />original design for betterment of the project, <br />Arantine Hills Sewer Improvements. City of Corona. Construction manager overseeing a <br />team of 3 inspectors and 2 project engineers, managing 3 separate contractors for construction <br />of a new sewer lift station, overflow structure, forcemain, and gravity sewer, for a total <br />construction cost of $7M. <br />Edgewater Sewer Lift Station, City of Huntington Beach - Construction manager for <br />construction of a new wet well type sewer lift station, forcemain, piping, electrical and controls, <br />Project includes construction of 30 -ft deep wet well structure less than two miles from coast line <br />which required extensive dewatering and monitoring program, for a total construction cost of <br />$4M. <br />Algonquin Sewer Lift Station. City of Huntington Beach. Project Manager. Managed project <br />that consisted of keeping operational of existing Algonquin Lift Station while constructing a new <br />station adjacent to the existing one. Project included construction of concrete structure 35 -ft <br />deep, construction of valving and metering vault, construction of new sewer mains, force mains, <br />and manholes, installation of new power and control system, and provided start-up protocol and <br />check list. <br />La Bonita Park Water Facility. City of La Habra. Engineering Manager leading the design <br />team for this $12M Water Facility Design/Build Project. project consists of construction of a new <br />water reservoir, a new pump station with 5 vertical turbine 200 -hp pumps, construction of a flow <br />control facility with three different operational modes (most complicated Cie Valve to date), <br />equipping of a new well, construction of pipelines ranging from 8 -in to 24 -in, and site restoration <br />and park improvements. <br />San Joaquin Booster Pump Station. Laguna Beach County Water District. Project Manager. <br />Managed design and construction management/inspection of upgrading District's existing <br />Booster Station.
