<br />Mr. Przywara has served as a project manager and/or
<br />electrical/controls engineer on the numerous water/wastewater
<br />facilities including wastewater treatment plants, pump stations,
<br />sewer stations, reservoirs, solid waste facilities, desalt plants,
<br />etc. Duties Included overall responsibility for engineering,
<br />project management, development and design implementation,
<br />supervision and approval of documentation and drawings,
<br />calculations and analysis, schedules, specifications, cost
<br />estimates, and coordination with vendors and clients. Mr.
<br />Przywara has provided electrical and controls engineering and
<br />project management services for water and wastewater districts,
<br />municipalities, and utilities.
<br />Project Experience
<br />Civic Center Stormwater Lift Stations — Preliminary Study,
<br />Santa Ana, California. City of Santa Ana. Electrical Engineer,
<br />Michael Baker was retained by the City of Santa Ana to
<br />perform a preliminary study of two stormwater pump stations
<br />located within the Civic Center area. Both pump stations have
<br />been experiencing leakage and flooding problems during the EI
<br />Nino season of 2016 and the City intends to upgrade the lift
<br />stations before the next large storm event. The preliminary
<br />study included on-site inspections and visual assessments of
<br />the structure, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and
<br />general conditions of each facility and provided proposed
<br />recommendations.
<br />North Bank lift Station Upgrades, San Buenaventura,
<br />California. City of San Buenaventura. Provided QAIQC for the
<br />project design and evaluated project constructability. Michael
<br />Baker developed a comprehensive PDR that considered' four
<br />upgrade alternatives and corresponding cost estimates to
<br />address both capacity limitations and operation and
<br />maintenance issues. Michael Baker then completed final
<br />design of the selected upgrades which consist of:
<br />Removal of three (3) existing VFDs and installing four (4)
<br />new PowerFlex 753 VFl
<br />Installing new wiring between new VFDs and new motors.
<br />Installing additional digital input and analog output card for
<br />PLC.
<br />Providing 1/0 connection Diagram for the SCADA
<br />Integrator to program existing PLC.
<br />Removal of existing in-line grinder electrical distribution
<br />and control panel and wiring.
