' City of Santa Ana <br />E. Contractor must participate in the California Department of Motor Vehicles <br />(DMV) Employer Pull Notice Program; <br />F. Contractor must not employ in the performance of services pursuant to the <br />Contract Documents any ambulance operator or attendant or employee <br />convicted of or having pled nolo contendere to a crime involving a stolen <br />vehicle, stolen property, violence, drugs or moral turpitude, fraud, or <br />misdemeanor or felony driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If <br />any Contractor employee is charged with any of the above listed crimes, <br />Contractor must immediately suspend that employee from performing any <br />further duties under the Contract Documents pending the outcome of the <br />criminal case; <br />G. Contractor's employees � must maintain acceptable standards of dress, <br />including uniforms, and cleanliness while on duty in the community and must <br />at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner; <br />H. Contractor's employees must fully cooperate with and abide by the instructions <br />of OCFA personnel while on scene; <br />I. If any employee becomes ineligible to provide services under the Contract <br />Documents, Contractor must immediately notify the OCFA EMS Section <br />Battalion Chief in writing of such ineligibility and the reason(s) therefore; <br />J. Contractors must ensure that all of its employees and ambulances are, at all <br />times during the term of the contract, in full compliance with all federal, state, <br />and local laws, rules, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to: the <br />California Vehicle Code; the California Health & Safety Code; Orange County <br />Ambulance Ordinance; applicable City of Santa Ana ambulance ordinances; <br />and any and all OCEMS or State EMS Authority policies, standards, <br />procedures, regulations, and/or protocols.
