I -- City of Santa Ana in their possession, at all times while on duty, applicable licenses, certifications, and/or permits, as may be required by the agencies and authorities listed above; K. Contractor's emergency response personnel must carry and furnish to OCFA personnel upon request any required licenses, certifications, and/or permits, including proper identification, for purposes of verifying validity, ensuring compliance with licensing, certification, and permitting requirements, and for the proper reporting of employee performance -related issues to Contractor; L. The OCFA EMS Section Battalion Chief may request.Contractor to participate in emergency response joint training exercises to improve the capability and coordination of both OCFA and Contractor's response to a given emergency or disaster. Such training will be scheduled and mutually coordinated by the OCFA EMS Section Battalion Chief and the Contractor. Such training shall not exceed twenty (20) hours per year/per shift and not,billable to the City of Santa Ana; M. Any additional training that may be deemed necessary by OCFA shall be attended by Contractor's personnel upon reasonable notice and at the sole cost and expense of Contractor. Such additional training may include, but is not limited to, mass casualty, weapons of mass destruction, and/or other emergency response training; N. Contractors must make available to the OCFA EMS Battalion Chief upon request any and all Contractor personnel training records for those employees who perform services pursuant to the Contract Documents; O. Contractor employees shall perform the duties required under the Contract Documents in an ethical, professional, and orderly manner and shall endeavor at all times to obtain and keep the confidence of the public.
