Open Space Element December 4, 2018 GOAL 3: Preserve, expand, and create additional open space areas and linkages throughout the City to protect the natural and visual character of the community, and to connect to local and regional activity centers. Policy 3.1 Recreational Corridors. Establish and maintain an integrated recreational and multi- modal commuter corridor network linking open spaces, housing, community services, and employment centers.
