PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE FIRE/EMS EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION & RELATED SERVICES <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Summary of Care's Southern California System Operations <br />Total Number of Ambulances in Fleet <br />Care Ambulance provides a response ready fleet of 143 ambulances licensed to provide <br />ambulance services in Orange County. We are the largest provider of emergency and non- <br />emergency ambulance services in Orange County. <br />Each emergency ambulance in Care's dedicated fleet is complete with the latest technology, <br />including 800 MHz mobile radios and satellite -based Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) tracking <br />systems. All of Care's ambulances meet and exceed the safety and equipment requirements <br />listed in the RFP. <br />Total Number of Employees <br />By continuing to contract with Care Ambulance as the EMS Emergency Transportation Services <br />provider for the City of Santa Ana, the City will maintain an experienced and dedicated <br />workforce trained to the highest clinical standards.
