f <br />City of Santa Ana <br />thirty (30) days. This fee may be waived by OCFA if Contractor <br />currently meets the specified requirements of this paragraph. <br />ii. Annual MDC Fee <br />Contractors must pay OCFA a $250 annual fee for MDC system <br />operation and maintenance, which shall be due and payable <br />upon contract award and annually thereafter. <br />iii. Personal Computer <br />Contractors must provide, at their sole cost and expense, and <br />as part of their Emergency Response Communications System, <br />a personal computer having the following minimum <br />specifications: Intel Pentium 500 MHz or greater; 10.0 GB Hard <br />Drive; 256 Mb SDRAM; 2000XP OS; Color display VGA; Com <br />Ports — 1 serial, 1 USB, 1 Parallel; CD ROM; and, Keyboard — <br />Standard Qwerty 104. <br />iv. Mobile Application Software <br />Motorola Tx Messenger v3.0 software or greater as specified by <br />OCFA. <br />4.2 SERVICE HOURS <br />4.2.1 Service <br />Contractor must provide, at a minimum: <br />A. Transportation Personnel to fully staff the First Tier Service <br />ambulances as provided by the Contractor as part of this contract, <br />such that those vehicles are able to provide twenty-four (24) hour <br />emergency ambulance transportation within the City, seven (7) days a <br />week, for the duration of the term of the contract. <br />B.
