Agreement with Occupational Health Centers of California, a Medical Corporation <br />January 15, 2019 <br />Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The agreement is for three (3) years from February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2022, for an estimated <br />cost of $300,000 for the term of the agreement, with an option to extend twice, by mutual <br />agreement of the Parties, for a period up to two (2) additional years. If an extension is <br />recommended, it will be brought back to City Council for additional approval at that time.
