No <br />La Veta Avenue at <br />additional mitigation is required. <br />Bedford Road and the <br />off -ramp from the <br />southbound Rte.57 <br />Freeway. <br />In order to facilitate <br />access to Fashion <br />Square from the Rte. <br />57 Freeway a traffic <br />signal will be needed <br />on Bristol Street/La <br />Veta at the off -ramp <br />location. Presently, <br />this intersection is <br />controlled only by <br />stop signs and a left <br />turn from the off - <br />ramp to La Veta <br />Avenue involves <br />considerable delay. <br />This off -ramp <br />provides a convenient <br />route to Fashion <br />Square and allows <br />southbound freeway <br />traffic to avoid <br />congestion <br />encountered at the l- <br />5/57/22Interchange. <br />To promote use of <br />this alternative <br />access, especially by <br />commuters, <br />signalization of two <br />intersections is <br />necessary. One <br />location, Bristol/La <br />Veta at the Freeway <br />off -ramp is under the <br />jurisdiction of the <br />State and the other <br />Resolution No. 2019-040 <br />Page 14 of 23 <br />
