The <br />developer shall be <br />required to develop a <br />program designed to <br />achieve the goal and <br />submit this program <br />to the City for <br />approval. In addition, <br />the developer will be <br />required to provide a <br />Transportations <br />System Management <br />Coordinator to <br />actively pursue <br />implementation of <br />the TSM/Parking <br />Management <br />Program. This position <br />need not necessarily <br />be on a full time basis <br />until such time as <br />implementation of a <br />Resolution No. 2019-040 <br />Page 15 of 23 <br />
