TTT <br />Executive Summary <br />Plan Vision and Purpose <br />The purpose of the MainPlace Specific Plan is to transform Main Place <br />mall into a high -quality, family -oriented retail, entertainment, and <br />dining destination. The plan will add a mixture of uses that create an <br />energetic live/work atmosphere within the Specific Plan area that <br />embraces and enlivens the surrounding community while creating a <br />mixed -use urban village with a revitalized mall at its central core. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The plan will transform the property to meet the demands of current <br />and future market trends by weaving housing, businesses, and <br />amenities into the fabric of the mall environment.
