®ARYL LOPEZ <br />Senior Inspector <br />Summary of Experience <br />Mr. Lopez has over 30 years' experience of inspection of public <br />works C.I.P. projects. In fact, he retired from City of Anaheim as <br />their Senior Construction Inspector after 22 years of providing <br />exceptional inspection. He is experienced with performing <br />numerous utilities, street improvement projects including storm <br />drain installation, concrete, dam enlargements, dam cleanouts, <br />retaining walls, street resurfacing, sewerlwater projects, street <br />widening, electrical and signal modifications. Daryl has been <br />responsible for many street rehabilitation projects which have as <br />well as several sewer and traffic signal upgrades. <br />Daryl has coordinated the scheduling of work between <br />developers, contractors, city departments and other agencies. In <br />his years as Construction Inspector he was responsible for <br />Federal Projects, City contracts, Willy permits, all private and <br />public right-of-way, on -site grading, cost effectiveness of a project, <br />progress payments to contractors, keeping daily diaries, <br />corresponding with contractor and other City departments and <br />ensuring public safety on the job site and surrounding streets. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Agency: City of Anaheim <br />Contract Title: Gilbert Street Storm Drain <br />Scope of services: Mr. Lopez provided inspection of 60" RCP <br />running from Crescent Avenue to the Coyote Creek Channel. The <br />project included numerous concrete structures and cutting of the <br />channel wall to tie-in the storm drain. This project was in <br />coordination with the Orange County Flood Control District and cost $2 million. <br />Agency: City of Anaheim <br />Contract Title: Gilbert Street Sewer <br />Scope of services: Mr. Lopez provided inspection of 18" VCP running from the intersection of <br />Orange Avenue to Gilbert to the tie-in at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Gilbert. This was a <br />$1.5 million project that included numerous concrete structures and sewer line diversions. <br />Agency: City of Anaheim <br />Contract Title: Tustin Avenue Bridge and Street Widening <br />Scope of services: Mr. Lopez provided inspection of roadway and bridge over the 91 freeway <br />including the on and off ramp retailing walls, abutments, steel girder installation, pile driving, concrete <br />panel replacement on the mainline, storm drain installation and various concrete barriers, polyester <br />concrete overlay, forming and pouring of the bent in the mainline median. This was a $5 million <br />cooperative agreement project with Caltrans. <br />Agency: Los Angeles County Flood Control District <br />Contract Title: Cogswell Dam Cleanout and Enlargement Project <br />Scope of services: Mr. Lopez provided inspection of the dam area, installation of 114" CMP, gunite <br />dam interior, blasting of canyon slopes and exporting or soil. This was a $30 million project in <br />coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Fish and Game. <br />161Page <br />25F-168 <br />
