CRAIG DENTS <br />Senior Inspector <br />Summary of Experience <br />Mr. Jents has over 35 years, experience of Inspection of public works <br />C.I.P. projects. In fact, he retired from City of Anaheim as their Senior <br />Construction Inspector. He is experienced with performing numerous <br />street improvement projects including raising medians, landscaped <br />medians, street resurfacing and sewertwater projects and street <br />widening and signal modifications. Craig has been responsible for <br />many street rehabilitation projects which have included R & R, Slurry <br />type 11, asphalt, concrete work and several new and existing street <br />overlay projects. <br />Craig has coordinated the scheduling of work between developers, contractors, city departments and <br />private inspection agencies. In his years as Construction Inspector he was responsible for Federal <br />Projects, City contracts, utility permits, all private and public right-of-way, on -site grading, cost <br />effectiveness of a project, progress payments to contractors, keeping daily diaries, corresponding <br />with contractor and other City departments and ensuring public safety on the job site and surrounding <br />streets. Craig also has extensive experience installing new Traffic poles, conduits, signal heads, <br />pedestrian heads and rewiring Intersections. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Agency: City of Brea <br />Contract Title: Multiple Projects Including: Residential Street Rehabilitation Projects, Central <br />Avenue & Brea Boulevard Intersection Improvement & Birch Street Median Improvements <br />Scope of services: Mr. Jents provided Inspection services for a federally funded under LAPM <br />standards project for right turn pocket construction and intersection signal upgrade and modifications. <br />In addition, he has been responsible for many street rehabilitation projects including remove and <br />replace, ARHM, concrete work, Slurry (REAS type II), and several street overlay projects. He has <br />also inspected several new home construction tracts for sewer and water main installation, and <br />inspected 12" water transmission line for the City. <br />Agency: City of Anaheim <br />Contract Title:. Multiple CIP Projects <br />Scope of services: Responsible for major City contracts of several million dollars, updating existing <br />traffic signals, inspecting new signal installation. The projects included construction of new streets, <br />(ARHM) asphalt, REAS type II Slurry and concrete work. Mr. Jents was responsible for Federal <br />Projects, City contracts, utility permits, all private and public right-of-way work, on -site grading, <br />project cost effectiveness, keeping daily reports and Interacting with all City departments to ensure <br />public safety on the job site and surrounding streets. His experience at the Lincoln & State College <br />intersection included widening and signal modification, installing new poles, conduits and rewiring the <br />Intersection. <br />Agency: City of Glendale <br />Contract Title: Glendale Ave. Street Rehabilitation Project <br />Scope of Services: Mr. Jents provided inspection services for this federally funded project under <br />LAPM compliance for the $7 million, 2 mile sewer and street rehabilitation on Glendale Avenue.
