Provide for <br />redesign and reconstruction of <br />the Main Street Entrance to <br />Fashion Square to <br />accommodate two entry and <br />exit lanes and a left turn <br />pocket. The entrance shall be <br />integrated with the new public <br />roadway planned around the <br />site to link with Bedford Road, <br />the freeway ramps and <br />Broadway/Owens Drive. The <br />signalized entrance shall be <br />modified to include separate <br />left turn phasing. <br />B. Provide sufficient funding for <br />the reconstruction of the <br />median island on Town and <br />Country Road to include a <br />separate westbound left turn <br />lane. The existing median is a <br />wide landscaped island with no <br />separate turning lane. <br />Fashion Square will be the <br />primary beneficiary of this <br />reconstruction even though the <br />new westbound left turn lane is <br />Not applicable: Final EIR Mitigation Measure <br />5.6-5 was previously implemented.
