Back on March 5, 2019 we the residents <br />at Depot apartments sent a community letter to the owner of the place stressing about the <br />problems we have with the laundry room being public and we never got back an answer from <br />the owner. <br /> <br />One of the many issues that it causes a lot of stress on me not being able to do my laundry due <br />to the fact that the laundry room is always busy and brings all kind of people that makes that <br />laundry room a health and safety risk and hazard, this restricts my privacy and quite enjoyment <br />of a clean and safe laundry room. <br /> <br />I have asked the landlord to make our laundry room safe, clean and private for the residents <br />only. <br />I have some examples and pictures that I will attached with this letter for you to see that our <br />laundry room is unsafe and health risk for myself and the other residents at Depot. <br /> <br />1. I have found fecal matter in the machines. <br />2. All kinds of food <br />3. Unsafe materials, like needles, forks, dirty papers, dirty clothes with fecal matter, etc. <br />4. The machines are always dirty, the machines won’t work <br />These are the few samples of what is going on in our laundry room. <br />I moved at Depot Apt on April 13, 2018. When the laundry room was first open I was told by <br />management, the laundry room it was going to be private, for residents only. But that was not <br />the case, a few months later the landlord made it public. Creating lots of problems with non - <br />residents that came and washed tons of clothes, preventing us from doing our laundry and
