Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible bidder, in <br />accordance with the base bid plus Additive Alternatives 1, 2, 3, and 4, in the <br />amount of $1,663,906, for construction of the Edinger Protected Bike Lanes <br />Project for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and ending upon <br />project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />4. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost <br />of $2,013,960, which includes $1,663,906 for the construction contract; $261,377 <br />for contract administration, inspection and testing; and an $88,677 project <br />contingency (approximately 5.3% of the construction contract amount). <br /> <br /> <br />GRANTS/APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />21A.
