City of Santa Ana <br />1.7 SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br />Proposal shall include an outline which demonstrates the firm's understanding of the <br />SOS as specified herein and further detailed in Attachment A: Scope of Services. The <br />proposed SOS should detail the work phases to be completed, deliverables to be <br />provided, method of approach, tasks necessary for successful completion, and <br />suggestions or special concerns that the City should be made aware of and how the <br />Proposer can improve or add value to the project. Please provide suggestions and <br />examples of where Proposer has executed their strategy successfully or how it <br />proposes to address said concerns. <br />2.0 PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS: <br />It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have been <br />uploaded to PlanetBids prior to this proposal due date and time. Proposals, including all <br />required sections and forms, shall be submitted electronically via the City's Bid <br />Management System, PlanetBids. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that <br />any proposals submitted has been uploaded to PlanetBids prior to this proposal due <br />date and time. <br />PlanetBids will not accept late bids and no exceptions shall be made. Proposers will <br />receive an a -bid confirmation number with a time stamp from PlanetBids indicating that <br />their proposal was submitted successfully. The City will only receive and consider those <br />proposals that were transmitted successfully. Submit proposal online at: <br />http://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanvlD=20137. <br />Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper <br />utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer <br />system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. <br />Failure of the Proposer to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the <br />Proposer's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted <br />proposals.
