City of Santa Ana <br />2.2 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (OR CLARIFICATION / QUESTIONS): <br />Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via PlanetBids, by 5:00 P.M. (PST) on <br />September 19, 2019. Responses to all questions will be posted on PlanetBids, no later <br />than the date and time shown at the schedule of key RFP dates above. All prospective <br />Proposers are advised to visit PlanetBids on a regular basis as the responses may be <br />posted earlier than the date above. <br />No verbal requests or responses will be accepted. Significant interpretations or <br />clarifications will be addressed via addenda to this RFP. <br />2.3 ADDENDA: <br />Any changes in RFP from the date of release to date of submittal will result in an <br />addendum or amendment. Proposers shall be responsible for monitoring the site to <br />obtain information regarding this solicitation. Notification of such addendum or <br />amendment shall be posted on City's PlanetBids system: <br />https://www.planetbids.com/portal.cfm?CompanylD=20137 <br />3.0 UNDERSTANDING PROPOSAL: <br />It is the responsibility of each Proposer to inquire about any criteria, condition, term, <br />provision, or requirement of the RFP that the Proposer does not understand. <br />Responses to inquiries, if they significantly change or clarify the RFP requirements or <br />any aspect of the procurement process, will be forwarded by addenda to all Proposers. <br />The City will not be bound by any oral responses to inquiries.
