Contractor shall process all customer payments in accordance with the <br />applicable Payment Card Industry (PCI) security requirements. <br />10. Contractor shall have the ability to handle third party payer submission inquiries <br />regarding insurance claims. <br />11. Contractor shall have demonstrated experience and ability to act as the City's <br />authorized agent for liaising on the City's behalf with the Centers for Medicare <br />Services and/or their designated agents as well as associated state agencies. <br />12. Contractor shall have demonstrated experience and ability to act as the City's <br />authorized agent for liaising with the City's contract EMS provider (OCFA). <br />13. Contractor shall have demonstrated experience and ability to independently <br />administer the City's paramedic subscription program. <br />14. Contractor shall have the ability to cross reference patient files in various <br />methods (i.e. Last Name, Social Security Number, Service or Residence <br />Address, Date of Birth, Date of Service, etc.). <br />15. Contractor shall have the ability to receive patient care documentation on paper <br />and electronically. <br />16. Contractor shall research and follow-up on all accounts with inadequate billing <br />information to include: <br />a.
