construction management (CM) _services an the overall role of Thud <br />Party Coordination and as construction manager for, Package B and E <br />which involve the demolition of several commercial/Warehouse <br />buildings, relocation of several utilities that includes undergrounding of <br />multiple LADWP sub -transmission facilities (34.5kV)=to cross and under <br />the existing Los Angeles River, relocating of the Bureau 'Of -Street <br />Services Yard along with relocating many other facilities such as the 36" <br />sewer line along Santa Fe Avenue, multiple 4.81 WThellities on boih sides <br />of the LA River, 45" sionn-drainpipe underiuterstate l0l and several V <br />water/sewer lines within the project footprint. TALE is also responsible <br />for 'the ireview and approval of several technical submittals, prepare and <br />provide several independent costestimates ([CS} to assist the City with <br />Federal Highway Administration (FHWAYs eligibility evaluation, <br />Los Angeles .County 'Metropolitan Transportation Authority <br />(I.ACb1TA), Orange Line )IRT/LRT Project, Los Angeles, CA <br />Metro Orange Line BRT Improvements project is one of the <br />Operations shovel ready project identified in Measure M and would <br />provide grade —separations at key intersections and otjrer improvements <br />along flue Metro Orange Line. alignment.. The proposed improvements <br />will `be designed and built per Metro Rail Standards for ultinnately <br />conversion to light rail system. The proposed project alignment spans <br />across several cities such as five grade separations with new stations, <br />34 intersection nnprovemeilts along with fotu ifuadrant ,gates <br />implementation and several utility lines to be Investigated, The <br />Alliance Group Enterprise, Inc; (TAGS), as part of the selected <br />consultant team, is to perform the,grading and drainage design for the <br />project. Mr. Duong is also assigned as the Thud Party/Stakeholder <br />Coordination Lead to;amist Metro in its establishment and maintenance <br />of liaison between Metro and various other public and private entities <br />whose existing facilities andoperaGions w11 be impacted in someway <br />by the Project, r`equnng accommodations by such owners of the <br />behalf of Metro. The involved agencies include City -of Los Angeles, <br />City of Chatsworth, City of North Hollywood, San Fernando Vittley, <br />City of Canoga Park, City of VanNuys, Caltrans, ete, - <br />Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority <br />(LACNITA), I-710 Corridor 'North Segment utility Study, Los <br />Angeles, CA <br />1-710 is a major north -south interstate freeway connecting the City of <br />Long Beach to the Ports of Long Reach and Los Angeles to central Lars <br />Angeles with, connections to 1-405, SRAI, I-105,1-5, SR -GO and I710. In. <br />order to avoid residential property impacts along the corridor, -the <br />strategy for improving 1-710 is to maximize the use of f adjacent utility <br />corridors and or/any other available rights -of -way. W Duoug was <br />responsible to lead the effort to perform the utilities and Right-of-way <br />search, utilities Snapping, conflicts determination and :resolution along <br />with the development of the relocation/modification/profection strategies <br />to minimize utility impacts to the future improvements of the I-710 <br />mainline and the proposed freight eorridor, It is anticipated that the I- <br />710 Corridor Project would require the relocation of approximately <br />fifteen 2201,V LADWP Transmission Towers between Firestone <br />Boulevard and Slauson Avenue to provide room to construct the freight <br />25K-55 <br />
