Extension of Variance No. 2017-09 and Tentative Tract Map No. 2017-03 <br />1008 East Fourth Street <br />March 3, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the approval of the time <br />extension is exempt from CEQA per Section 15061 (b)(3).
