The DR Counselor shall attend FRC's Comprehensive Case <br />Management Team meetings. <br />3.7,3 Human Options may offer DR Crisis Counseling services to <br />all other FRC participants who request counseling services provided that all <br />PARTICIPANTS referred by ADMINISTRATOR and DR Family Advocate staff are served <br />as a priority. <br />3.7.4 ADMINISTRATOR does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any specified <br />minimum number of referrals for DR Crisis Counseling and acknowledges that the <br />number of PARTICIPANTS served is contingent in part, upon the number of <br />referrals to CONTRACTOR. <br />3.7.5 Human Options shall provide a minimum number of one (1) <br />and a maximum number of three (3) DR Crisis Counseling sessions for each <br />PARTICIPANT during the term of the Agreement. Each counseling session shall <br />be a minimum of fifty (50) minutes in duration, or as clinically assessed by <br />the Clinical Supervisor. <br />3.7.6 Human Options shall provide DR Crisis Counseling services <br />at the FRC, in PARTICIPANTS' schools, and/or other community sites. <br />3.7.7 Human Options shall measure progress by ensuring that <br />PARTICIPANTS complete a FaCT registration form. <br />3.7.8 Human Options DR Crisis Counseling services shall address <br />the following PSSF service category: Family Preservation, <br />3.7.9 Human Options shall provide qualified DR Counselor and DR <br />Clinical Supervisor staff as specified in Subparagraphs 14.14 and 14,15 of <br />this Exhibit. <br />4.
