AS -NEEDED CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION <br />SERVICES <br />IRVINE RANCH WATER DISTRICT I IRVINE, CA <br />Our team currently provides the Irvine Ranch Water District <br />with as -needed design and construction inspection services. <br />Currently, we are providing two full-time construction <br />inspectors responsible for performing inspections on capital <br />and subdivision construction projects, including sewer, water <br />and recycled water pipelines; pumping stations; pressure - <br />reducing stations; sewage lift stations; treatment plants; <br />reservoirs; and other facilities. Additionally, we are providing <br />full design services on a per project basis for all types of water, <br />recycled water and wastewater capital improvements. <br />DATES: FEBRUARY 2015-CURRENT <br />REFERENCE: KELLY LEW, ENGINEERING MANAGER, 949.453.5586 <br />ARANTINE HILLS SEWER AND WATER <br />INFRASTRUCTURE <br />CITY OF CORONA I CORONA, CA <br />Our team provided construction management and inspection <br />services for the $14.7M three-phase Arantine Hills sewer <br />and water improvement projects to provide the necessary <br />infrastructure for the Arantine Hills Development Project. <br />A major rerouting of the City's water distribution system for <br />nearly a mile, including service connections, was part of this <br />project. The project involved the construction of a buried cast - <br />in -place sewer lift station with above -grade controls. This was <br />connected to a second project to construct the sewer force <br />main. <br />DATES: AUGUST 2017-FEBRUARY 2019 <br />REFERENCE: VERNON WEISMAN, DISTRICT ENGINEER, 951.739.4912 <br />LONG BEACH WATER DEPARTMENT <br />EMERGENCY PROJECT <br />LONG BEACH WATER DEPARTMENT I LONG BEACH, CA <br />Our team provided Construction Management and Inspection <br />Services for the completion of an emergency project for <br />the Long Beach Water Department. The project provided <br />LBWD a connection to the Los Angeles County Sanitation <br />District's (LACSD) reclaimed water pipeline. Work involved <br />construction of additional 25-foot-deep shoring within 5 feet <br />of the operational LACSD operational plant.
