<br />CONTRACTOR's status with respect to name changes that do not require an assignment of the
<br />Agreement. While CONTRACTOR is required to provide name change information without
<br />prompting from the COUNTY, CONTRACTOR must also provide an update to COUNTY of its
<br />status upon request by COUNTY.
<br />9. NON-DISCRIMINATION
<br />9.1 In the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR agrees that it shall not
<br />engage nor employ any unlawful discriminatory practices in the admission of participants,
<br />provision of services or benefits, assignment of accommodations, treatment, evaluation,
<br />employment of personnel, or in any other respect, on the basis of race, religious creed, color,
<br />national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic
<br />information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation,
<br />military and veteran status, or any other protected group, in accordance with the requirements of
<br />all applicable federal or State laws.
<br />9.2 CONTRACTOR shall furnish any and all information requested by
<br />ADMINISTRATOR and shall permit ADMINISTRATOR access, during business hours, to
<br />books, records, and accounts in order to ascertain CONTRACTOR's compliance with Paragraph
<br />9 et seq.
<br />9.3 Non -Discrimination in Employment
<br />9.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled "Equal
<br />Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375, and as supplemented in
<br />Department of Labor regulations (Title 41 CFR Part 60).
<br />9.3.2 All solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of
<br />CONTRACTOR shall state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment
<br />without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental
<br />disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity,
<br />gender expression, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status, or any other protected
<br />group, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable federal or State laws. Notices
<br />describing the provisions of the equal opportunity clause shall be posted in a conspicuous place
