This log shall be made available to ADMINISTRATOR upon request. <br />14.6 Staff Positions, Duties, and Qualifications <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide the following described staff positions: <br />14.6.1 Workforce Specialist II (SA WDB CM) <br />Duties: <br />14.6.1.1 Manages a caseload, advises PARTICIPANTS of career and <br />training opportunities, develops PARTICIPANTS' employment plan, and is responsible for <br />PARTICIPANTS' outcomes. <br />14.6.1.2 Oversees Participant job search activities and program <br />enrollments, identifies and develops job opportunities appropriate to PARTICIPANTS. <br />14.6.1.3 Markets services to employers and to PARTICIPANTS, <br />conducts employment/job sector workshops, gives presentations and prepares informational <br />materials, and maintains contacts within the business community to provide employers with <br />qualified candidates. <br />14.6.1.4 Monitors employment rate/employee retention rate and <br />customer satisfaction rate and develops plans for improvement. <br />14.6.1.5 Monitors eligibility and program files to ensure compliance with <br />federal and State regulations, including CW/WTW regulations; performs site visits, and maintains <br />detailed records and writes reports. <br />14.6.1.6 Collects and compiles datato generate detailed technical reports, <br />writes articles, and prepares publications regarding the WDB to the public. <br />14.6.1.7 Organizes and implements WDB sponsored events, participates <br />as a team player, and applies principles of quality of service in all activities. <br />Qualifications: <br />14.6.1.8 A minimum one (1) year of workforce development program <br />experience, or any combination of college level coursework in psychology, sociology, counseling, <br />WGM0319 Page 16 of 19 3-31-2020 <br />25B-58 <br />
