The Department of Public Works has reviewed the Water and Sewer Study and determined that with <br />incorporation of identified mitigation measures no new significant impact would result from the <br />implementation of the Proposed Project. <br />c) Result in a determination by the wastewater treatment provider which serves or may serve the <br />project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in addition to the <br />provider's existing commitments? <br />Less Than Significant Impact/No Changes or New Information Requiring Preparation of an EIR. <br />There is a 15-inch sewer line adjacent to the Project Site and running along N. Broadway. Table 14 below <br />outlines the proposed conditions for wastewater service.
