ONE BROADWAY PLAZA PROJECT EIR ADDENDUM <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />5. Environmental Analysis <br />term pollution; however, the Approved Project's emissions of NO. would remain significant and unavoidable. <br />The Approved Project would found to result in a less than significant impact to CO emissions (local air quality). <br />The Certified EIR found that the Approved Project is consistent with the South Coast Air Quality Management <br />Plan. <br />The Initial Study for the Certified EIR determined that the Approved Project would not result in the significant <br />amounts of objectionable odors or create an adverse effect. A less than significant impact would occur. <br />5.3.2 Impacts Associated with the Proposed Project <br />Where available, the significance criteria established by the applicable air quality management district or air <br />pollution control district may be relied upon to make the following determinations. The AQ/GHG Memo is contained in Appendix <br />A. Emissions for the Proposed Project were calculated employing the California Emissions Estimator Model <br />(CalEEMod) version 2016.3.2. <br />Comments: <br />a) Conflict with or obstruct implementation of the applicable air quality plan? <br />Less Than Significant Impact/No Changes or New Information Requiring Preparation of an EIR. <br />Air quality in Orange County is regulated by SCAQMD, which is the agency principally responsible for <br />comprehensive air pollution control in the South Coast Air Basin (SoCAB).
