Indicate what fair housing goals were selected by program participant(s) in recent <br />Analyses of Impediments, Assessments of Fair Housing, or other relevant planning <br />documents. <br />City of Aliso Viejo <br />Housing Discrimination <br />• The City of Aliso Viejo contracted with the Fair Housing Foundation to conduct fair <br />housing outreach and education to renters, homebuyers, lenders, and property managers. <br />Unfair Lending <br />• The City contracted with the Fair Housing Foundation to identify lenders and transmit <br />findings to HUD and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. <br />Discriminatory Advertising <br />• The City contracted with the Fair Housing Foundation to support efforts to identify online <br />discriminatory advertising and request that Craigslist and the OC register publish fair <br />housing and reasonable accommodation notices. <br />Hate Crimes <br />• The City contracted with the Fair Housing Foundation to prepare a Hate Crime Victims <br />Resource Directory. <br />City of Anaheim <br />Housing_ Discrimination <br />• The City allocated CDBG funds to the Fair Housing Foundation (FHF) to provide fair <br />housing services to the Anaheim residents and operators of rental properties. These services <br />include holding tenant and landlord workshops, counseling, and resolving any housing <br />issues and allegations of discrimination <br />Reasonable Accommodations <br />• In June of 2018, the City's Planning and Building Department amended its fee schedule and <br />removed the reasonable accommodations application fee. <br />Zoning <br />• Community Development and Planning staff will continue its review of AB 222 and AB <br />744 and plan to incorporate the necessary standards and provisions into the next zoning <br />code update. <br />9 <br />75A-288 <br />
