<br />Linda Vista Complex Reservoir and Pumping Station, City of Anaheim Water Utilities Department, CA
<br />As a Construction Manager of the $8.5M project, supported the City staff in managing the construction of a
<br />4MG pre -stressed concrete reservoir, using DYK technology. The project also
<br />included the construction of two
<br />separate pumping stations for two different zones located in the same site.
<br />Water Pump Station Upgrade, City of Garden Grove, CA
<br />As Construction Manager and Resident Engineer, oversaw the construction work during the upgrade of a water
<br />pump station consisting of three engine -driven booster pumps and an engine -driven well production pump. The
<br />work consisted of replacing engines and pumps with new equipment, as well replacement of discharge piping,
<br />building modifications, and instrumentation. The project was completed successfully as the construction was
<br />completed with only planned disruptions of service. The facility pumped water into the City's distribution system
<br />at all times, except short shut -down periods lasting only a few hours each time.
<br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, City of Riverside Public Works Department, CA
<br />As Project Manager, provided oversight of construction quality control during the construction phase of the
<br />wastewater treatment plant expansion project. The project required providing construction inspection at the job
<br />site, as well as equipment quality control at the manufacturer's facilities in a foreign country. The owner
<br />required design of electrical facilities for the plant expansion. This service was provided using qualified
<br />electrical engineers with Project Manager's oversight and coordination with City staff. Responsibilities included
<br />documentation of key construction activities on behalf of the City.
<br />Concrete Sewer Rehabilitation Program, City of South Gate, CA
<br />As Project Manager for engineering services, provided engineering services for a three-year prioritized
<br />program for rehabilitation of the City's sewer system. This phase of the sewer rehabilitation was funded by a
<br />South Gate Water Authority $30M bond issue and will encompass the repair, replacement, and rehabilitation of
<br />approximately 320,000' of concrete sewer pipe. Most of the rehabilitation included CIPP sewer rehabilitation
<br />from 6" to 36" pipe. Other pipe rehabilitation methods included pipe bursting, directional drilling and traditional
<br />replacement.
<br />Sewer Rehabilitation Project, City of Palos Verdes Estates, CA
<br />Resident Engineer/Inspector for the evaluation and rehabilitation of section of damaged and old sewer lines
<br />throughout the City. Provided evaluation of section to replace prior to slip lining (CIPP) and inspected all
<br />methods of the rehabilitation work.
