<br />Project Manager for a $2.5M project that upgrades the fuel storage systems at the airports Satellite and Bulk
<br />Fuel West Buildings. Responsible for compiling product submittals per the plans and specifications and
<br />submitting monthly pay applications based on a pre -determined schedule of values. Tracked and compiled
<br />change orders and work orders, coordinated purchasing and assisted with the coordination and scheduling of
<br />on -site personnel and activities.
<br />Various SWPPP Projects, Bakersfield, CA
<br />As a SWPPP Inspection and Reporting Officer duties included providing weekly and annual reporting of
<br />SWPPP BMP installation on multiple construction projects including a mine remediation project, automobile
<br />proving ground facility, and market and hotel construction sites. Responsibilities also included daily observation
<br />of erosion remediation project at a wind farm.
<br />TraPac Terminal Building, Main Gate & Backlands Improvements, Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro, CA
<br />Senior Project Controls Administrator during the $70M project that occurred through 12 phases of construction
<br />to complete eight new buildings, a redeveloped main -in -gate truck entrance and extensive site infrastructure
<br />improvements. Managed engineering and architectural design configuration. Also processed and tracked
<br />submittals and RFls. Responsible for posting RFI's and changes in project controls system. Monitored and
<br />created reports of design activities and processes during the course of construction. Tracked and controlled
<br />construction related documents and changes for multiple buildings and project site. Assisted in the
<br />management and over site of design team activities and products, owner representatives, testing agencies,
<br />consultants and other stakeholders.
<br />Development and Pipeline Projects, Bakersfield, CA
<br />Project Manager and Field Inspector that monitored and oversaw the consultants, engineers and general
<br />contractors. Provided technical guidance and resolved various field and personnel issues. Projects included:
<br />• PG&E 16"Pipeline Project, Hayward, CA — Air Quality Mitigation Manager, prepared and submitted all
<br />periodic and final project reports in a timely manner.
<br />• PG&E 34" Pipeline Replacement Project, Bear Valley Springs, CA — Environmental Inspector, provided
<br />daily reports and organized environmental training of new hires to the project.
<br />• Manzana Wind Farm, Rosamond, CA — SWPPP Inspector during the construction phase of the project
<br />that over 5,000 acres. Conducted weekly SWPPP inspections.
