Civil Engineering paving and landscaping. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with expertise <br />in the management of large- and small-scale projects, in addition to complex <br />LICENSES projects. His experience includes serving as an extension of city staff and <br />LEER Accredited public works departments, where all assigned projects are completed in a <br />Professional timely and professional manner. <br />AVAILABILITY <br />60% Project Experience <br />Imperial Highway Crossing and Upgrade Water Mains <br />GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY I NORWALK, CA <br />Construction Inspector. Mr. Helma provided construction inspection services <br />for this project that involved installing 12-inch-by-8-inch tee and gate valves on <br />Imperial Highway and extending 8-inch ductile iron pipe to upgrade water main <br />and fire service on Paddison. The project included installing 735 feet of 8-inch <br />ductile iron pipe along with 6-inch fire hydrant and 12 each — 1-inch domestic <br />water services. The project also included restoring 2,400 square feet of asphalt <br />paving on Imperial Highway and Paddison and required night work on Imperial <br />Highway and coordination with Caltrans. <br />Huntington Beach South Beach Phase I Rehabilitation <br />CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH I HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA <br />Senior Construction Manager. Mr. Helma provided construction management <br />services for site improvements to the beachfront plaza and parking lot area <br />from Beach Boulevard to Huntington Street that included concession facilities, <br />restrooms, walkways, an upgrade to existing parking lot paving, ADA access, <br />outdoor showers and foot wash areas and trash enclosures. <br />Brea Sewer Lift Station <br />CITY OF BREA I BREA, CA <br />Senior Construction Manager. Mr. Helma provided construction management <br />services for a master sewer upgrade project. The work consisted of <br />constructing 3 miles of new 15-inch, 24-inch and 27-inch VCP sewer main; <br />construction of new 48-inch and 60-inch-diameter manholes; construction of a <br />new 48-inch-diameter drop -manhole; removal and replacement of existing PCC <br />pavement, AC pavement, PCC curb and gutter, and PCC sidewalk. The project <br />included the installation of a sewer lift station with switchgear equipment. <br />SOCWA Wet Well Rehabilitation Project <br />CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH I LAGUNA BEACH, CA <br />Construction Inspector. This project involved the rehabilitation of a SOCWA <br />Wet Well. The project included construction of new underground gravity sewer <br />infrastructure, a temporary sewage bypass pumping system of the lift station, <br />rehabilitation of the wet well concrete surfaces and installation of a new <br />PVC liner, installation of a new biological odor control system, replacement <br />V 5 of mechanical piping and appurtenances in the drywell, and miscellaneous <br />electrical modifications. <br />
