Mr. Barrios provided construction inspection <br />services for the removal of an existing pump, well rehabilitation, initial/final <br />video surveys, installation of a test pump, depth discrete water sampling <br />and laboratory analysis, installation of packer(s), pumping test(s) for packer, <br />removal of test pumps, and the re -installation of well the pump. <br />City of Glendale, Department of Water & Power <br />CITY OF GLENDALE <br />Project Manager/Construction Inspector. Mr. Barrios oversaw site <br />development construction activities at various stages of construction for <br />conformance with plans, specifications, city ordinances, safety regulations, and <br />material standards. He provided daily inspection reports, oversaw construction <br />methods and procedures including the Best Management Practices (BMP's), <br />maintained OSHA standards and the traffic "Watch Manual," and public <br />outreach services. Projects included: <br />• Inspection for the construction of the Pelanconi Avenue Water Main <br />Cleaning and Lining Project <br />• Inspection for the construction of the Central Avenue Water Main Cleaning <br />and Lining Project <br />• Inspection for the construction of the Public Work's Project "Fiscal Year <br />2008/09 Street Rehabilitation Project" which includes the construction of <br />storm drain pipes, catch basins, and manholes; Removal of an existing <br />18-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and replacement with a 24-inch <br />reinforced concrete pipe (RCP); Removal and replacement of sewer pipes. <br />• Inspection for the construction of the Public Work's Project Flower Street <br />Widening Project, which includes the construction of storm drain pipes, <br />catch basins, and manholes; Removal and replacement of sewer pipes <br />and relocation of several well lines, recycled lines and potable mains. <br />• Inspection for the construction of the Public Work's Project "Grandview <br />Street Repair Project" which includes the construction of storm drain <br />pipes, catch basins, and manholes; Removal and replacement of sewer <br />V 5 pipes; and the relocation of several well lines, recycled lines and potable <br />mains. <br />
