His <br />experience covers all aspects of the consulting engineer's profession <br />including project and staff management for small and large projects, <br />marketing, developing new client base, maintaining existing clients with <br />exceptional service, and a comprehensive knowledge and applied use <br />of conceptual, physical, and numerical modeling for geotechnical and <br />environmental engineering solutions. <br />Project Experience <br />Well 29 Rehabilitation, City of Santa Ana, CA: Project Manager <br />in charge of providing geotechnical design recommendations for the <br />proposed facilities at Well 29 located at the intersection of 1 st Street and <br />Flower Street in Santa Ana. <br />La Palma Complex Reservoir Rehabilitation and Pump Station <br />Replacement, City of Anaheim, CA: Geotechnical Engineer of Record <br />for design of a new roof system for a 4 MG and replacement of an <br />existing pump station with a new pump station to be constructed at the <br />base of an existing 3 MG reservoir at the complex. The 3 MG reservoir <br />was removed and backfilled after construction of the new pump station. <br />Santa Ana Garden Channel Improvement, Santa Ana, CA: Project <br />Manager in charge of providing geotechnical design recommendations <br />for construction of a 10- to 13-foot-wide bikeway on the north side of <br />West Monta Vista Avenue along the channel (from South Townsend <br />Street to South Center Street) and on the west side of the channel from <br />West Monta Vista Avenue to West First Street for the County of Orange. <br />Tesoro (2) Reservoirs, Pipelines and Access Road, Ranch Mission <br />Viejo, CA: Geotechnical Engineer of Record during design and <br />construction of 3 MG and 2 MG reservoir(s) for providing potable and <br />recycled water to Esencia Community (Planning Area 2) of Rancho <br />Mission Viejo. This project also included 1.4 miles of potable and recycled <br />transmission mains and .8 miles of access roads along the eastern side <br />and southern terminus of Chiquita Canyon in Rancho Mission Viejo. <br />Moulton Niguel Water District: Managed geotechnical engineering <br />services for the following MNWD major projects: <br />Plant 3A Effluent Transmission Main Analysis and Rehabilitation: <br />Provided geotechnical engineering services for evaluation of <br />rehabilitation or relocation of 35,000 LF of the pipeline along Oso and <br />Trabuco Creeks. <br />• Structural, Seismic, and Safety Assessment of 20 Steel Tank <br />Reservoirs: Geotechnical Engineer of Record for geotechnical <br />investigation for seismic retrofitting of MNWD steel tanks. <br />PSOMAS RFP NO 10-100 � city a1 Santa Ana <br />
